Delivery
Access to our pharmacy premises is strictly prohibited in line with NHS regulations. The delivery of NHS prescriptions are free of charge.
Your medications will be delivered by Royal Mail to your preferred UK address. Most of the medicine will be delivered in a letterbox friendly package, with a 48 hours delivery with online tracking.
The delivery of refrigerated medicinal products and controlled medicines will require a signature.
We will text you when it is ready for dispatch and Royal Mail will inform you about the time of its arrival. Repeat prescriptions can be requested through your GP surgery or directly through us.
We aim to deliver your medications within 7 days of your request. A small charge will incur for delivery of private prescriptions and items purchased from our pharmacy shop.

For all patients on NHS repeat prescriptions our delivery is completely free however for patients on private prescriptions or using our online store delivery is charged as follows:

Return
All pharmacy medicines are non-refundable due to health and safety unless the product is faulty
or broken.
– Please note: Make sure the item is unused and returned with the original packaging
complete within 28 days.
